1 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

*Use large mature zucchini.
