Meat Loaf For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. ground beef
    3 lb. ground pork
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped carrots
    3 qt. seasoning mix, soaked toast or leftover bread (if using toast or bread, add salt and pepper to taste)
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 qt. milk or tomato puree
Preparation
    Add seasoning mix, water and milk to meat; mix well. Put mixture into greased baking pans (form into loaves). Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
