Pasta With Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts in water
1 1/2 c. olive oil
2 gloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. white cooking wine
dash of salt and pepper
1 lb. bow tie or similar pasta
grated macaroni cheese
Preparation

Saute garlic in oil about 3 minutes.
Drain water from artichokes and add them with wine, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta and drain, then toss with artichokes.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
