Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 anchovy fillets, drained
    1 large garlic clove
    1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In a food processor or blender, puree anchovies, garlic and Parmesan.
    Add mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and oils and blend until smooth.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
