Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 chopped celery stalks
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 small jar chopped pimento
2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
3/4 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 1/4 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, broken in thirds
Preparation

Cook chicken for 1 hour.
Debone when cool.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
(This can be done in the microwave.)
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; add other ingredients.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15
minutes.
This is ready to serve or put in casserole and refrigerate.
Heat in oven when ready to serve.
Can be frozen.
