Catadoori Chicken And Fruited Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chicken breast fillets
    butter, herb and garlic seasonings
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. plain or lemon flavor yogurt
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. diced dried fruits and raisins
    1/2 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Unroll chicken breast fillets; remove skin.
    In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter over low heat; add curry powder, onion and salt.
    Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
    Stir in 1 tablespoon curry mixture into yogurt; set aside.
    Cook chicken fillets in curry mixture remaining in a skillet 2 minutes, turning once.
    Add water and fruit; heat to boiling, stirring.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
    Sprinkle rice into liquid around chicken; remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve with green beans.
    Serves 2.
