Spinach-Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach leaves (bite size pieces)
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine spinach and mushrooms in a salad bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Pour dressing over salad; toss. Serve immediately.
