Baked Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can salmon
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sweet milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
bacon (optional)
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs and milk with egg and salmon.
Form into loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
Bacon strips may be placed on top of loaf when loaf is put in oven.
When done, place on platter and pour green peas around loaf and serve.
