Hot Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. crescent rolls
    3/4 lb. baked ham, diced
    3/4 lb. Provolone cheese, diced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 lb. pepperoni or salami, diced
    6 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) jar roasted red pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix eggs and grated cheese together. Unroll and place one package of rolls on bottom of pan.
    Top with half of the ham, pepperoni, Provolone cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese mixture and peppers.
    Top with another unrolled package of rolls. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Finish with last package of rolls.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover during last 1/2 hour.
