Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced squash
    2 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cornbread stuffing
    2 eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
    Cook onion and sausage until brown.
    Drain.
    Mix squash, sausage, eggs, salt, stuffing and 1 cup cheese.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top with cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
