Hamburger-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. low-fat hamburger meat
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (low-fat)
    1 bag instant rice
    Cheddar cheese (optional) low-fat
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    In a casserole dish, put meat and onion mixture, then top with rice, then soup.
    Add cheese, to top, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When using low-fat cheese, don't add until last 15 minutes.
