Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-inch pie crust
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 oz. ham, chopped (1 1/3 c.)
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. pimento
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prebake pie crust.
    Heat oil; add ham, green pepper, pimento and onion.
    Cook over medium-high heat until pepper and onion are tender.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
    Beat with wire whisk until mixed well.
    Sprinkle cheese over ham mixture in shell.
    Pour egg mixture on top.
    Do not overfill.
    Bake 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cut.
