Cool Rise Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 3/4 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    5 to 6 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. oats
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add warm milk, brown sugar, salt and margarine to yeast and water mixture.
    Add 2 cups flour and oats.
    Blend together.
    Let rest for 20 minutes.
    Add remaining flour; mix and knead until smooth.
    Form loaves.
    Brush with oil. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
