Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    4 to 6 c. diced rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar or to taste
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    Skor candy, crushed
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs with margarine and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook rhubarb and sugar until soft.
    Mix cornstarch and water.
    Stir into rhubarb mixture and cook until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool completely.
    Pour over crust.
