Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; beat well.
    Add carrots and mix until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Sift flour; mix with remaining dry ingredients.
    Add to mixture.
    Add finely chopped nuts.
    Pour into a greased 3 x 9-inch or 8-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
