Corn Chip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1 pkg. corn chips
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in vegetable oil.
    Add chopped onion, garlic powder, taco seasoning, salt, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add diced chilies and olives.
    Layer 1/2 meat mixture in greased 9 x 12-inch pan, followed by half the corn chips.
    Cover with the cheese, then remaining meat mixture. Spread 2 cups sour cream and cover with remaining corn chips.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with salsa, if desired.
    Serves 12.
