Peg'S Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract very thoroughly until smooth, thick and lemon colored.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Cool 20 minutes.
