Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 (1 lb.) bag rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Boil chicken until done and remove from broth.
Cook rice in broth.
Mix cream of chicken soup in rice.
Place chicken in casserole dish.
Pour rice over chicken.
Place cheese over rice. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
Yields 6 servings.
