Caldeo(Green Chile Stew) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    4 medium potatoes, cut in wedges
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    8 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut stew meat and roll in flour. Brown meat and onion in butter. Add water, bouillon, seasonings and potatoes.
    Simmer in large stew pot 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with warm tortillas.
