Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
1/2 c. pickles, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. celery
2 boiled eggs, diced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Mix vinegar, mustard and sour cream together and combine with other ingredients.
