Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Seed peppers and cook in boiling salt water for 5 minutes. Drain and place, cut side up, in shallow baking dish.
    Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, egg and 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Mix well and put in peppers.
    Pour rest of tomato sauce over peppers.
    Dot each with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
