Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast cutlets
    1 (16 oz.) jar Dijon mustard
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) box seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Crush croutons into small pieces. Generously spread with knife both sides of chicken with mustard and then sour cream.
    Then cover chicken with croutons and place in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, covered, with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and increase temperature of oven to 450\u00b0.
    Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
