Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Combine molasses and baking soda.
Add to first mixture and stir well.
Sift the dry ingredients together and add to mixture alternately with the water.
Pour into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
