(Mild) Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    egg white
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Combine sugar, gelatine, salt, milk and egg yolk.
    Cook (stirring constantly) until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat. Blend in cream cheese and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Chill until thick but not set, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
