Jessie Grant'S Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs (room temperature)
3 1/4 c. flour
2 c. raisins
2 c. applesauce
4 slices pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 small bottle cherries
1 pkg. chopped dates

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in tube pan 2 hours at 275\u00b0.
Let cake cool before removing from pan.
