Fruit Pudding * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. fruit (fresh or canned)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water or juice of fruit (if canned)
Preparation
    Pour batter mixture into greased baking dish; pour fruit mixture over batter.
    Spread margarine on top and cook in oven at 400\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
    May be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
