Sour Cream Tacos - cooking recipe

24 oz. sour cream
1 lb. Velveeta loaf
1 can Ro-Tel
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 bag Doritos or other corn chips
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with spray Pam. Break chips to cover bottom of dish (may not use entire bag). Brown beef and drain.
Add onion and pepper and saute.
Pour beef mixture over chips.
Combine melted Velveeta, Ro-Tel and sour cream and pour over beef.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and hot.
