Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 15 double crackers)
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 c. sugar (filling)
    3 Tbsp. sugar (topping)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pt. sour cream or 1 pt. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Heat oven at 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease bottom and sides of 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Mix crust together of graham crackers and margarine.
    Pat onto bottom of pan and up the sides a little.
