Cherry-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium pineapple
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. dark sweet cherries, pitted
    crisp salad greens
    French dressing
    crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation
    Remove rind from pineapple and cut into chunks.
    Place pineapple in a shallow dish; sprinkle with sugar.
    Cover and chill.
    Just before serving, drain pineapple.
    Arrange pineapple and cherries on greens.
    Drizzle dressing over fruit and sprinkle with Blue cheese.
