pineapple chunks
ginger ale
whipping cream or Cool Whip

Preparation

Amounts of each is personal choice.
Fill parfait or sherbet glasses with chilled, drained pineapple chunks.
Pour over ginger ale (any amount you like).
Add a dash of whipped cream or Cool Whip!
