Plantation Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground beef tenderloin
2 cans whole tomatoes
2 c. diced Vidalia onion
1 c. diced red pepper
1 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
6 Tbsp. Tony's hot chili powder
salt to taste
Preparation

Brown meat with 1 cup onion and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Drain tomatoes well; break apart with hand and add to meat mixture.
Add garlic and remainder of chili powder and onion. After cooking 1/2 half, add peppers.
Add salt to taste.
