Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. steak, trimmed
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. water
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Cut
    steak; flour them and brown steak in oil.
    Drain and place in casserole dish.
    Top with onion and mushrooms.
    Combine water, garlic and steak sauce; pour over vegies.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
