Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 pork tenderloins
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. or less olive or vegetable oil
    2 to 3 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Mix last 3 ingredients in bowl; pour over entire loins. Sprinkle more flakes on top, if desired (some people prefer less pepper flakes).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
