City-Slicker Apple Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 apple
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Stir-fry sausage until crunchy.
Set aside.
Cut up apple, cook, strain and set aside.
Mix together dry ingredients, then stir in drained sausage and apple.
Add beaten egg, milk and butter.
Stir and pour into muffin tins or corn tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
