Roquefort Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Roquefort cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brandy
1 1/2 c. pecans
chopped parsley
Preparation

Cream the cheeses.
Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and brandy.
Mix well and chill for 1 hour.
Roll in chopped nuts and freeze.
