Broccoli Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 large tsp. paprika
    1 box pasta (your choice)
Preparation
    Cut up broccoli into small to medium size pieces (throw away thick part of stalk).
    Boil 4 cups of water and add 1/2 teaspoon salt when boiling.
    Add broccoli and cook to taste (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
    Drain broccoli, reserving a cup of water.
