Squash Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c dry squash
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Put butter, sugar, salt and squash in bowl; pour over hot milk, cool, add egg; add yeast and part of flour and beat well.
    Add remaining flour; dough should not be too stiff, not as stiff as bread.
    Let rise double or more.
    Shape into rolls, put in pan, let rise again.
    When ready for oven sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
