Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1 qt. sweet milk
pinch of salt
Preparation

Brown 1 cup sugar in skillet in 500\u00b0 oven.
Mix together remaining sugar, flour and salt.
Add milk and eggs (beaten). Cook double boiler until thick.
Add melted sugar syrup.
Pour into baked, cooked pie shells.
Makes 2 pies.
