Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sweet potato, drained and mashed (can use fresh sweet potato--3 nice medium ones)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. half and half
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes or until the pie is done when knife comes out clean.
