Turkey Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 3/4 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. thinly sliced turkey cutlets
    1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
    1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 thin lemon slices
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt and pepper.
    Dredge cutlets in flour mixture.
    Heat oil and butter in skillet.
    Add cutlets and saute until browned and cooked, about 2 minutes.
    Remove and keep warm. Add broth, lemon juice and lemon slices to skillet; bring to boil. Return cutlets to skillet.
    Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
