Chili-Sausage Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if needed to prevent sticking.
Serves 4 to 6.
