Vanilla Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch together.
    Then add balance of ingredients.
    Cook until thick and then add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Cool and put in crust.
    Use white for meringue.
