Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Crumble cooked sausage; drain.
    Beat together eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
    Scatter bread cubes in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread. Pour eggs and milk mixture over.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
