Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 sticks oleo, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    4 bananas, sliced
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and sweetened with 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 pt. sliced strawberries
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped with 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine sugar, 1 stick melted oleo and graham cracker crumbs; mix well.
    Line a 9 x 12-inch dish with crumbs.
    Combine 2 sticks oleo, extract and powdered sugar; beat with electric mixer for 15 minutes on medium speed.
    Pour over crumbs.
    Layer remaining ingredients, in order, over filling.
    Garnish top with strawberries.
    Refrigerate for several hours.
    Serves 12.
