Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 bottle real bacon bits
1 large onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with onions and peppers
1 can beef broth (13 oz.)
3 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. basil
salt and pepper
2 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, saute bacon and chopped onion until clear.
Combine spaghetti sauce, beef broth, water, basil, salt and pepper and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
Add vegetables and simmer 10 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
