Summer Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    carrots
    onions
    green peppers
    summer squash
    fresh tomatoes
Preparation
    Slice vegetables in casserole dish in order given.
    Dot each layer with butter.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    (Add no water; will make its own juice.)
    It will cook down so fill to top.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
