Pepparkakor(Swedish Ginger Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cloves
    3/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar, egg and molasses.
    When well creamed, add all dry ingredients.
    Roll out very thin and cut in desired shapes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes to a light brown. Remove to cooling racks.
