Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
    1 onion, quartered
    4 carrots, pared and halved
    4 celery stalks, quartered
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 c. mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomatoes, drained
    3/4 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Put ingredients in Dutch oven. Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
