Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, ground, cooked and drained
    8 slices white bread, cut in cubes without crusts
    2 1/2 c. milk
    6 eggs, beaten together
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until slightly browned and firm. Serves 8.
