Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    4 to 5 peeled, sliced spuds
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Grease small roaster or baking dish with lid.
    Place sliced potatoes in bottom. Season, then layer ground beef, season, onion, celery, rice, beans and soup over top.
    Add 1/2 to 2/3 can water from soup can.
    Cover.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
